Sales Manager

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth across Poland. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement innovative sales strategies and achieve ambitious revenue targets. We are looking for a consultative sales expert with strong market knowledge, proficiency in CRM tools, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships. You will manage a dynamic pipeline, close high-value deals, and expand our client base - all while actively contributing to shaping the future of our business in the region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a market segmentation and vertical strategy for Poland, continuously assessing automation opportunities and performance to drive targeted sales activity.
Build and maintain profitable relationships with existing and prospective customers, advancing leads from the Business Development Manager and marketing agency through the full sales cycle.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
Provide consultative sales support by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.
Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to contract closure and handover, with a strong focus on progressing handed-over leads.
Create and deliver impactful sales proposals and presentations aligned with company strategy and customer priorities.
Drive continuous improvement by working cross-functionally to enhance sales tools, processes, and workflows.
Represent Element Logic Poland at industry events to strengthen brand presence and expand professional networks.
Track and analyse key sales performance metrics, adapting strategies to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
Competence Areas:
5+ years of experience in B2B direct sales, preferably within intralogistics, industrial automation, or complex technical solutions; experience with logistics technologies (e.g. WMS, AMR/AGV) is a plus.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships, including new customer acquisition.
Experience working in an international business environment is an advantage.
Strong interest in technical systems and confidence working closely with solution or engineering teams.
Analytical mindset with experience handling complex data and business cases.
Understanding of material flow and experience contributing to project delivery.
Ability to identify operational improvement opportunities and sell comprehensive solutions.
Professional proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
