Solution and Data Consultant

As a Solution and Data Consultant you will combine analytical thinking, technical expertise, and close customer collaboration to design optimised automation solutions, support strategic sales processes, and contribute to high-quality project delivery across markets. You will work on real, complex automation projects that shape how warehouses operate every day. Your designs directly influence efficiency, scalability, and customer success — from early concept through to final solution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design AutoStore solutions using Grid Designer and produce high-quality 2D and 3D CAD documentation, including building integration, assembly, electrical, network, and mezzanine drawings.
Perform capacity calculations, material estimates, and high-level simulations to validate and optimise system designs.
Analyse and interpret customer data to understand operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate customer requirements into optimal AutoStore solutions aligned with Element Logic’s product portfolio.
Provide technical sales support across the full sales cycle, including complex and large-scale sales projects.
Participate in customer meetings, contributing technical expertise to solution development and decision-making.
Ensure technical quality assurance and final approval of customer offers prior to order placement.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners, while sharing best practices across Element Logic markets.
Desired skills and experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the intralogistics industry.
Strong analytical and numerical capabilities, including statistics, probability, operations research, and discrete event simulation.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Strong working knowledge of design software, particularly AutoCAD, ideally within the Inventor environment.
Working knowledge of additional design and visualisation tools, including SketchUp and V-Ray.
Professional proficiency in Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
