Lead Data Scientist
Build the Data Platform Behind Autonomous Warehouses
Element Logic is building a new software suite from the ground up, with AI and optimization at its core to enable intelligent, autonomous decision-making. Our vision is to fully automate and optimize warehouse operations - ultimately empowering a true “self-managed warehouse.” This is your opportunity to join us early on this journey and help shape the future of our next-generation platform.
As Lead Data Scientist, you will act as the technical lead for the data science team and be the point of contact towards the rest of the product organization. The data science team owns the data-driven optimization and AI components of the new software suite, and you will play a key role in modelling and delivering these applications into production.
You will join as a data scientist specializing in Machine Learning and the software development of optimization applications, with prior experience in optimization being a strong plus. You will work closely with data engineers, ML engineers, and platform engineers who support you in building, operationalizing, and scaling ML/optimization models across our product ecosystem.
