Lead the successful delivery of assigned projects by planning, coordinating, and monitoring all phases to ensure completion on time, within budget, and in alignment with Element Logic’s business objectives. Maintain full ownership of project tracking and reporting, providing clear and consistent communication to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Establish a detailed project schedule.
Follow up with all team members as required, including Engineers, IT, Suppliers, In-house Manufacturing, Field installation, Field wiring, and Commissioning.
Ensure all materials are being ordered and track shipments, including MHE, 3rd party Suppliers, In-house Mfg. and IT peripherals (controls devices, panels, scanners, printers).
Provide client updates on schedule milestones, progress against schedule, immediate tasks, open issues, and potential changes to scope.
Keep schedule and schedule milestones updated as the project unfolds. Ensure key dates are identified for project needs, (i.e., MHE deliveries, install crew, wiring, panels, spares).
Communicate internally with all who support the project to ensure that all project gates/milestone needs are being addressed.
Visit client site as appropriate, assess progress towards agreed-upon Go Live date. Ensure that project is ultimately closed out, with documented client sign-off.
Requirements:
Years of relevant experience: 4 years in managing Material Handling projects (conveyors, sorters, etc.)
Bachelor’s Degree or higher, in Engineering, Project Management, or associated discipline.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Project.
Ability to work with AutoCAD is required.
Experience spending time on-site is a plus.
Willing to travel up to 40% of the time within the USA. Must have a valid Passport with the ability to travel.

Physical demands:
Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Standing or sitting for extended periods is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges are important for conversations, to receive ordinary information, and to prepare or inspect building plans, blueprints, and drawings.
Tolerance to perform the job in high temperatures i.e., second floor mezzanine in an un-air-condition warehouse.
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Eye and Face Protection, Respirator)
Location: Florida (Hybrid or Remote)
