Join us as a Project Engineer and lead the technical story from idea to reality!

As a Project Engineer at Element Logic, you turn customer needs into robust, high-performing intralogistics solutions. You’ll own the technical journey from early concept through detailed design and go-live, ensuring solutions are scalable, validated, and aligned with customer operations and Element Logic standards. You’ll create complete system layouts and 3D designs, coordinate suppliers, and work closely with Sales, project teams, and customers — including onsite during key phases — to turn complexity into clarity and deliver solutions that perform in real operations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and consolidate all detailed drawings relevant to the Delivery department into overall layouts.

• Partially involved in pre-sales layout designs.

• Prepare 2D/3D drawings for AutoStore systems and steel platforms.

• Develop standardized conveyor technology layouts and integrate them into overall designs.

• Create standardized electrical plans (E-plans), reference point drawings, and cladding plans with parts lists for the AutoStore area.

• Coordinate layout interfaces with external suppliers, including collision checks with building structures and trades.

• Resource and develop external planning partners in cooperation with Procurement.

• Support Purchasing and Project Management with supplier inquiries.

Desired skills and experience:

• Completed training as a technical draughtsman, technician, or equivalent qualification with strong technical aptitude; alternatively technical training combined with a business qualification (e.g., technical business economist)

• 3+ years’ professional experience in a technical field, preferably in intralogistics or standardized machine/plant manufacturing

• Solid technical understanding of mechanics, electrical systems, and automation

• Proficient in CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor 3D) and MS Office

• Proficiency in Italian and English is required, both verbal and written.

Form of contract: Permanent employment

Salary range: €50.000 - 55.000 RAL (based on experience and skills). An additional bonus scheme on top completes the compensation package.
