Responsibilities:
Lead the project from Sales handover to final delivery, ensuring proper staffing, detailed planning, and adherence to The Element Way and all documented processes.
Run effective internal and external kick‑off meetings, manage all project‑related meetings, and secure clear communication through structured agendas, facilitation, minutes, and follow‑up.
Monitor progress across all delivery phases through regular reporting, proactively following up on activities and initiating corrective actions when needed.
Coordinate the complete delivery scope, including mechanical, electrical and software implementations, integrations with warehouse automation equipment, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Interpret and work with mechanical, electrical and layout drawings, and manage software integration activities (e.g., WMS, WCS, API connections).
Support identification and mitigation of technical and operational risks throughout the project.
Execute internal project closure activities, including profit/loss reviews, and ensure a smooth handover of the completed solution to Customer Success.
Desired skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of working experience within project management, preferably within automation, warehouse logistics or industrial installations.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Strong understanding and interest in warehouse intralogistics processes.
Ability to read, understand and interpret technical engineering drawings.
Basic understanding of software integration principles.
Experience coordinating cross functional delivery teams including engineering installation software and commissioning.
Experience with LEAN tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in English and Polish is required, both verbal and written.
The position requires a willingness to travel when needed, including being present onsite during key installation phases or at critical moments in the project.
