As a Project Engineer at Element Logic, you’ll turn customer needs into fully designed, high-performing solutions. From first concept to go-live, you’ll lead the technical process, create detailed layouts and 3D drawings, collaborate with suppliers, and work closely with customers onsite. Responsibilities:

• Guide the customer from sales to a fully designed solution.

• Take the lead in ensuring end-to-end process performance.

• Ensuring detailed drawings relevant to the solution are translated into an overall layout. This includes 3D drawings, electrical plans and others.

• Build and maintain a relationship with key operational stakeholders at our customers.

• Implement a strong process validation in sales phase and ensure aligning with site management on mechanical functionalities.

• Engage with different suppliers on our solution and translate this into their requirements.

• Report regularly on status and progress to the project team and its stakeholders.

• You are a part of the testing team prior to go-live.

Desired skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in intralogistics or 3PL.

• Relevant industry experience and knowledge of intralogistics and/or complex logistics flows.

• Experience in 3D drawing is a plus.

• Good technical understanding.

• Demonstrated ability to understand logistics processes.

• Proficiency in Dutch is required; knowledge of English is preferred.
