We are currently seeking a service technician willing to travel for work throughout Finland, as well as to other countries in Europe when required. 

Do you have a strong interest in mechanics, automation, electronics, and conveyor systems, and are you motivated to work as a solution-oriented and independently traveling service technician? At Element Logic, you will perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs on robots and other Autostore components as well as conveyor systems at our customers’ sites. You will have a service vehicle at your disposal and will also take part in commissioning and testing new automated solutions, including conveyor systems, at customer facilities. 

Your workday starts and ends at home, with overnight stays required on days when you are traveling. If this sounds interesting, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities: 

• Perform service and maintenance and repairs in accordance with service goals, timelines, quality, and budget specifications.

• Mechanical and electrical maintenance of customers’ logistics systems, including robots and conveyor systems.

• Replacement of spare parts for automated and conveyor-based solutions. 

• On-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem-solving on robots and conveyor systems.

• Commissioning, testing, and support during the installation of new systems, including conveyor. systems 

• Provide technical service in accordance with customer wishes and requirements.

• Documentation and reporting. 

 
Desired skills and experience: 

• Formal education or interest in electronics, automation, or other technical fields.

• Work experience in service and maintenance is preferred. 

• Work experience in assembly and commissioning is preferred.

• Professional language proficiency in Finnish and English, both oral and written. 

• Knowledge and experience with the use of MS Office and other IT solutions. 

• Customer-friendly, building good relationships with our customers. 

• Driver's license B.
