As the PMO Director for the Americas at Element Logic, you will spearhead the execution and oversight of project management practices across the region. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning project delivery with organizational goals, implementing best-in-class standards, and supporting diverse teams to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Implement and maintain project management standards, tools, and methodologies. 

• Oversee project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality metrics. 

• Support cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives. 

• Monitor project performance and recommend process improvements. 

• Coordinate with department heads to align project priorities with business objectives. 

• Manage a small team of project managers, site managers, installers, and support staff. 

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership. 

• Support training and documentation efforts for project teams.  

Desired skills and experience:

• Years of relevant experience: 7+ years of experience managing technical or operational projects. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 

• Certifications: PMP certification preferred. 

• Industry Experience: Experience in material handling or industrial projects is a plus. 

• Skills:  organizational, and analytical skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer & phone. 

• Occasional travel to project sites. 

• Ability to work in warehouse environments and wear PPE as needed.
