Service Technician – Element Logic Czech Republic, Slovakia office

As Service Technician you will support Slovakian (and occasionally Czech) customers and ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction through your professional approach to the maintenance and repair of AutoStore robots and peripheral devices.

You must also be structured and well-documented in your work. That means being able to plan and organize your tasks and document them thoroughly. It is also important to advise customers on the best solutions and deliver a high level of flexible service without disrupting their operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance of customers’ AutoStore systems
• Commissioning, upgrades, repairs and troubleshooting of AutoStore systems
• Troubleshooting and servicing of conveyor systems and picking robots when they are part of the Element Logic scope.
• Advising customers regarding service and troubleshooting
• Reporting service, repairs, and troubleshooting to customers and Back Office
• Organizing your travel arrangements if service/repairs require overnight stays

Personal and Professional Qualifications

• Secondary technical education is preferably in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Technically curious with strong craftsmanship skills.
• Ability to use modern IT tools for reporting and troubleshooting
• Experience or interest in a mobile role with close customer contact
• Fluent in Slovak (or Czech) and in English
• Valid category B driver’s license and not afraid of heights
• Forklift certificate is a plus but not required
