About the Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting production operations and ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role suits someone early in their career looking to build hands-on trade skills, as well as those with existing manufacturing, fabrication or welding experience looking for their next step.
Your Day-to-Day
Operate manufacturing and fabrication equipment
Prepare components for painting and finishing
Perform welding and assembly tasks
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
Load and unload deliveries
Conduct stocktakes and inventory checks
Complete production records and documentation
Carry out equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
Support warehouse and production activities as required
Assist installation teams when required

Forklift licence
Welding experience
Manufacturing or fabrication experience
Experience operating production machinery
Trade qualification in Welding, Fabrication, Manufacturing or a related field
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
