Operations Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support projects, meetings, documentation, and follow-ups across our Americas teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping priorities on track, improving processes, and working closely with cross-functional leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Element Logic is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support operational execution across the Americas region. This role will partner with leaders across Project Management, Software Delivery, Controls, Administration, and Customer Success to coordinate activities, maintain documentation, track action items, and support process improvements.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Support operational initiatives and internal projects across multiple departments within the Americas organization.
· Assist with tracking project milestones, action items, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and execution.
· Coordinate cross-functional meetings, planning sessions, and internal operational activities.
· Help identify and remove administrative and operational bottlenecks to improve team efficiency.
· Collaborate regularly with colleagues, customers, and partners across multiple time zones, with occasional flexibility in working hours required to support meetings, project activities, or customer needs outside standard business hours.
· Assist with initiatives focused on process standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
· Support documentation and implementation of new processes, workflows, and organizational standards.
· Develop, organize, and maintain operational documentation, templates, trackers, and internal resources.
· Support Project Management and Operations teams with administrative project documentation and reporting needs.
· Assist with the preparation of presentations, agendas, operational summaries, dashboards, and internal communications.
· Attend meetings to record minutes and distribute meeting minutes as directed.
· Provide operational coordination support to Directors and leadership teams across the Operations organization.
· Assist with scheduling coordination, meeting preparation, follow-up tracking, and action item management.
· Help coordinate internal events, leadership meetings, workshops, and customer-facing activities when required.
· Support the coordination of office vendors, deliveries, and building maintenance activities.
· Support operational activities related to customer visits, internal meetings, training events, and company initiatives.
· Travel periodically to customer sites, company offices, trade shows, or corporate events within North America, as required.
Desired skills and experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
· 2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, business operations, office coordination, or similar roles.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
· Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and levels of leadership.
· Experience supporting operational or project-based teams is preferred.
· Familiarity with project management processes and documentation is preferred.
· Experience working within logistics, automation, engineering, manufacturing, or technology environments is a plus.
· Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
· Bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred, with proficiency in both English and Spanish strongly preferred.
