Sales Operations Coordinator
Join our Sales team as a Sales Operations Coordinator and play a key role in keeping our sales organization organized, informed, and moving forward.
In this role, you will support Account Executives and sales leadership with CRM management, Power BI reporting, quote and proposal coordination, meeting and travel logistics, and day-to-day sales operations. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
CRM Management & Data Quality – Maintain and support accurate CRM records, including opportunities, customer information, activities, next steps, close dates, stages, and required documentation. Identify missing or outdated information and work with the sales team to maintain strong CRM discipline.
Power BI, Reporting & Analytics – Maintain, update, and develop Power BI dashboards and reports that provide sales leadership with visibility into pipeline, forecasting, sales activity, opportunity aging, conversion, performance against targets, and other key sales KPIs. Work with CRM data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas requiring attention.
Quote & Proposal Support – Assist with the preparation, formatting, coordination, and tracking of customer quotes, proposals, budgetary estimates, and related commercial documentation.
Meeting & Schedule Coordination – Coordinate customer meetings, internal opportunity reviews, sales meetings, technical discussions, site visits, and other activities involving sales team members and supporting departments.
Travel Coordination – Support travel planning for customer meetings, site visits, industry events, conferences, and internal meetings, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and schedule coordination.
Sales Process Support – Help ensure opportunities move efficiently through the sales process by coordinating required activities, documentation, approvals, resources, meetings, and follow-up actions.
Sales Leadership Support – Prepare information for pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, account reviews, leadership meetings, and other sales-management activities. Track action items and follow up with team members to ensure commitments are completed.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Work closely with Account Executives, Solutions, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, and other departments to coordinate resources and information required to support customer opportunities.
General Sales Support – Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed, including presentation preparation, document management, event coordination, customer communications, and other activities supporting the effectiveness of the sales organization.
Desired skills and experience:
Experience supporting a sales, sales operations, or commercial organization.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI, including creating, maintaining, and modifying dashboards and reports.
Experience working with CRM platforms and maintaining CRM data quality.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
Ability to analyze sales data and translate information into clear, actionable reporting.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify issues requiring attention.

Physical demands:
This is primarily an office-based role requiring regular use of a computer, phone, and standard office equipment. The role may involve extended periods of sitting, viewing a screen, typing, participating in virtual or in-person meetings, and occasionally moving within the office or attending customer, site, industry, or internal meetings. Travel may be required from time to time to support customer meetings, events, conferences, site visits, or internal business activities.
