As a Service Technician, you will be a trusted technical advisor and frontline ambassador for Element Logic. You'll help customers maximise performance, minimise downtime, maintain compliance, and get the most from their investment in automation and warehouse infrastructure.
Your work will directly contribute to customer success and help drive the continued growth of our Australian business.
What you'll be doing
Automation Service & Technical Support
Perform preventative maintenance and service activities across customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
Support the performance and reliability of warehouse automation solutions.
Complete repairs, upgrades and equipment installations.
Provide technical troubleshooting both on-site and remotely.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer performance.
Warehouse Safety & Compliance
Conduct audits and inspections of pallet racking and storage systems.
Identify risks, damage and compliance issues.
Prepare professional customer reports and recommendations.
Support customers in maintaining safe and compliant warehouse environments.
Assist with remedial works and corrective actions where required.
Customer Partnership
Build strong relationships with customer operational teams.
Act as a trusted advisor on warehouse performance and safety.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every site visit.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

You'll likely bring:
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Electrical fault-finding experience.
Experience working in industrial, warehouse, automation, manufacturing, or material handling environments.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
A proactive approach to solving problems.
A current driver's licence.
Experience with warehouse automation, storage systems, AutoStore, conveyors, pallet racking, or compliance inspections is highly regarded, but not essential.
