Market-competitive salary, benefits, and private health insurance.
What you'll do
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of complex warehouse automation projects. Your responsibilities include:
Taking full ownership of projects from Sales handover to final delivery.
Developing project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource plans.
Leading internal and customer project kick-off meetings.
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinating customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and cross-functional project teams.
Leading executive-level customer meetings, steering committees, and project governance.
Monitoring project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and contractual obligations.
Identifying challenges early, driving timely decisions, and managing escalations when required.
Managing commercial discussions related to project changes and ensuring strong financial control throughout project execution.
Communicating project status to customers and internal stakeholders.
Managing purchase orders, invoice proposals, invoice approvals, and project administration in our ERP system.
Conducting site visits and inspections during project execution.
Completing project close-out activities, including financial reviews, lessons learned, and handover to Customer Success.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and sharing best practices across the Project Delivery organization.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering successful projects in collaboration with customers and colleagues.
You bring:
7+ years of experience managing complex customer projects, preferably within technical, industrial, automation, or engineering environments.
A proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-value projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing senior customer stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong commercial and financial understanding, including budget responsibility and contract management.
Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
It would be an advantage if you also have experience with:
Warehouse automation, intralogistics, conveyor systems, robotics, or material handling equipment.
IT, software implementation, or systems integration projects.
LEAN, PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, or other project management methodologies.

Who you are
You are a confident and experienced project leader who thrives on taking ownership of large, complex projects. You bring the credibility to build trust with senior customer stakeholders and the leadership to navigate technical, commercial, and organizational challenges. You remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions, and proactively drive projects forward while balancing customer expectations, business objectives, and operational execution.
