Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you take commercial ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring their solutions perform at their best while identifying opportunities to expand and create additional value.
Working closely with customers and internal teams, you translate business needs into commercial opportunities across services, software, and system upgrades. Your focus is to drive customer satisfaction, system performance, and long-term growth by developing the installed base and strengthening recurring revenue through optimization programs and software offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the primary commercial contact for existing customers, ensuring strong support across Element Logic solutions and software.
Build and maintain long-term customer partnerships through proactive follow-ups, regular meetings, and a strong focus on value creation and customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the customer portfolio, driving growth across the Element Logic solution and software offering.
Lead commercial processes related to Customer Success, including pricing, ROI calculations, proposals, and negotiations.
Act as the customer’s escalation point when needed, ensuring professional experience and high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with consultants, developers, and delivery teams to support solution development, simulations, and project success.
Conduct regular SLA and performance review meetings, ensuring continuous optimization of customer solutions.
Support expansion projects by preparing handover documentation and ensuring smooth transitions to the Delivery organization.
Capture customer insights and feedback to help evolve and improve Element Logic’s solutions and services.
Build trust with customers by understanding their logistics flows, operational needs, and long-term automation strategies.
Competence Areas:
Higher education in engineering, business administration, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience within intralogistics, supply chain, or consultancy.
Proven track record in sales of complex technical solutions, including tender processes and contract negotiations.
Knowledge of intralogistics and warehouse operations.
Strong customer‑orientation with the ability to communicate proactively across internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities, ideally including ROI calculations.
Experience managing and developing larger customer portfolios.
Solid understanding of lean principles and process optimization.
Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems.
Professional proficiency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
