Shape scalable, compliant enterprise systems to empower growth - align data, automate processes, and drive smarter, faster decisions across the business.
Make data your superpower!
We’re looking for a Head of Corporate Systems to design and deliver the strategy, governance, and optimization of our enterprise systems - spanning ERP, master data management, and related platforms. In this role, you’ll ensure our systems are tightly aligned with business goals, compliant with regulatory requirements, and built to scale with growth and innovation.
If you’re energized by centralizing data, simplifying processes, and enabling smarter, faster decisions across the business - this is the role where you’ll shape real impact.
Why this role matters:
Enable growth: Build a future-ready systems landscape that supports scale, speed, and new business models.
Improve decisions: Centralize and connect data to boost accuracy, visibility, and analytics maturity.
Drive efficiency: Reduce manual work, errors, and cost through automation, smart integrations, and strong governance.
Protect the business: Embed robust compliance, security, and data stewardship.
What you`ll do:
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the corporate systems roadmap to support transformation, scalability, and operational excellence.
Align platforms and investment decisions with business objectives and financial outcomes.
System Integration & Optimization
Oversee integration across functions to ensure seamless data flow, eliminate redundancies, and drive cost efficiency.
Lead automation and advanced analytics initiatives in partnership with business and IT.
Governance & Compliance
Establish and evolve governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., financial standards, privacy).
Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and Legal to prioritize enhancements, manage change requests, and support strategic planning.
Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable system solutions.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing team of ERP admins, master data managers, and system supervisors.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Performance & Outcomes
Define and track KPIs around system performance, data integrity, and user satisfaction.
Report progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and drive value realization.
What you’ll bring:
Strong, proven experience in project and change management (end‑to‑end, multi-stakeholder environments).
A structured, analytical approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
Demonstrated ability to identify improvements and execute change at pace.
The ability to champion enterprise technology while staying anchored to business needs and outcomes.
Experience working in international environments; knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Bonus if you have:
Exposure to ERP and MDM ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics; Informatica, Stibo, Reltio).
Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and financial compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
Experience building scalable integration patterns and automation (e.g., iPaaS, RPA, event-driven architectures).
Who you are:
Results-oriented with a strategic yet operational mindset - structured, enterprising, and hands-on when needed.
A proactive driver who spots gaps, identifies interdependencies, and pushes initiatives through to outcomes.
Holistic problem-solver focused on Pareto-optimal, business-first solutions.
A clear communicator and collaborator across functions, geographies, and cultures.
A confident leader who can work independently while inspiring and developing teams.
Thrives in high-growth, high-change environments and is motivated by new challenges.
Passionate about scalable, sustainable solutions grounded in strong governance, security, and compliance.
Solution-oriented with a “can-do” attitude - unafraid to challenge the status quo.
