Element Logic is continuing its European expansion and is now seeking an ambitious and motivated Junior Accountant who wants to build strong financial experience in an international environment. This role is particularly well‑suited for candidates early in their career who are looking for a broad, operational finance position with solid development opportunities.

As part of our finance team, you will take on responsibilities across several European legal entities and work closely with experienced colleagues. You will gain valuable insight into how a modern finance function operates within an international technology company.

About the Role

Element Logic is establishing new legal entities in Europe and expanding in existing markets. To manage increased workload and reduce reliance on external service providers, we are strengthening our internal capacity. This position offers the opportunity to work broadly across financial processes and develop skills within accounting, process improvement, and international finance.

The approximate distribution of tasks will be:

·         40% Germany

·         30% Nordics

·         30% Rest of Europe

Responsibilities

• As a Junior Accountant, you will be involved in:

• Invoice processing and workflow management in ExFlow

• Bank reconciliations and posting of transactions

• Intercompany processes, including invoicing and reconciliations

• Travel and expense processing according to company policies

• Month-end closing, including responsibility for assigned balance sheet accounts

• Ongoing and ad hoc financial tasks supporting the finance team and the wider business

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Englis; Knowledge of German is an advantage

• Good system skills and proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel

• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, but not required
