Element Logic, the market leader in warehouse automation and AutoStore solutions, is now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Configuration Consultant to join our Configuration Department. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, logistics, and customer success helping to shape the future of intelligent warehouse automation.

As a Configuration Consultant, you’ll be part of a specialized team focusing exclusively on advanced configuration tasks. Your work will ensure that customer sites run efficiently and continue to meet evolving logistics and technical demands.

You’ll use your technical insight and problem-solving skills to configure, optimize, and improve complex systems, turning customer needs into practical, high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively and reactively adapt and improve key modules such as eManager, eHub, eController, and AutoStore to enhance customer site functionality.
• Build reports and labels to meet logistics demands during AutoStore operations and generate advanced statistical data using SQL and third-party software.
• Collaborate closely with customers, R&D, and both internal and external teams to implement configuration solutions that drive operational efficiency.
• Apply strong technical and analytical skills daily to push boundaries and solve complex problems.
• Support and drive initiatives to resolve advanced technical challenges and enhance long-term system performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong knowledge of SQL, Postman, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience with SQL Server, Windows Server, and IIS services.
• Solid understanding of software troubleshooting and application logic.
• Ability to manage customer satisfaction and maintain composure under pressure.
• Self-driven and structured, with the ability to work independently and deliver on project goals.
• A genuine curiosity and drive to learn and improve every day in a complex software environment.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with C#.
• Background in logistics, automation, or advanced configuration environments.
