We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic Robotic Pick and Place team. Our goal? revolutionize item picking by making it faster, easier, and of outstanding quality! How do we achieve this?
With a fully automated solution, combining software, robotic arms, vision, and other hardware components. We are seeking someone who is excited to make the most of this technology. In this job, you will be responsible for developing the software that controls the hardware. Since we have a fully equipped test center at our headquarters, you’ll be able to test and see the results of your work immediately.
You will be involved in the entire product development process and have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions. Furthermore, you will play a key role in our R&D department, which consists of about 60 people across various development teams globally. We are a large, competent, and ambitious professional environment that gives you plenty of opportunities to develop and cultivate your own expertise. You will have real influence and the freedom to explore the technologies you are passionate about.

Your tasks will include:
- Responsibility for design, implementation, and testing of functionality in our software
- Development methodology and process work, internally and externally with our customers
- Central role in system architecture and implementation of our solutions for customers both domestically and internationally

Required qualifications and experience:
- Relevant higher education
- 4 -5 Years of software development experience
- Solid experience with C# and .Net 5+
- Knowledge of software architecture like Domain driven design
- Experience with CI/CD, various databases (MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, GraphQL), Git, Github Actions or similar is an advantage
- Fluent language skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
Additionally, it is an advantage if you have:
- Experience with React, frontend
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with Discovery and prototyping
- Industry experience in warehouse automation
