Key Responsibilities:

• Be the bridge between science and strategy, translating complex technical solutions into measurable business outcomes. Partner closely with key stakeholders to embed AI into our core products.
• Be responsible for our MLOps so we can develop, test, and deploy AI models.
• We deliver our solutions via APIs so other applications can utilize it.
• Contribute to our data platform, from data collection to valuable information that enables development of AI models and set them into production.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and methods in AI, data science and optimization.
• Lead by example: Mentor other data scientists and data engineers, to help foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Your Background:

• Master's or higher with at least 5 years of relevant experience within some of the fields of machine learning, data science, data engineering developing services in the cloud.
• Proven track record of delivering AI systems into production, not just models in notebooks, we solve complex real-world problems.
• Solid grasp of DevOps / MLOps best practices CI/CD for models, monitoring, retraining and versioning.
• Python development skills with experience in:
  • Building production-level applications.
  • API development and integration.
