Group Business Controller
Do you want to use your financial expertise to drive growth in a fast-growing international tech company?
We are looking for a Group Business Controller who wants to be close to the business and contribute to building the management tools of tomorrow. With us, you will meet a dynamic workday characterized by growth, change, and new opportunities – and you will play a central role in shaping how we manage and develop the company going forward.
Your responsibilities
As our new Group Business Controller, you will act as a business sparring partner at Group level, with responsibility for:
- Drive and further develop our budgeting and forecasting processes, analyses and models.
- Driving the Group business planning calendar and ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries.
- Providing insights and perspectives to management that influence key decisions on profitability, cost structure, margin, operational performance and investments.
- Developing and following up on key indicators such as backlog and order intake.
- Establishing common reporting and insight standards across regions and functions and ensure quality and consistency in reporting, including harmonization of KPIs and key figures.
- Support integration of new entities from M&A processes and organic growth.
- Acting as a bridge between commercial teams and finance, delivering analyses that guide growth.
- Develop, improve and taking ownership of Group Power BI reports and enhancing how we use data in decision-making.
- Contributing to periodic reporting to owners and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for
We believe you are motivated by combining analysis, strategy, and business, and that you have a strong desire to work closely with senior management in a rapidly growing company. You have:
- Higher education in economics/finance, preferably a master’s degree or equivalent
- IFRS knowledge is an advantage. Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint and preferably experience with Power BI or similar tools.
- The ability to see the bigger picture and drive improvements – not just follow processes.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Who you are:
You bring a strong commercial mindset and a genuine interest in being close to the business. With solid analytical skills, you can transform complex data into insights that create real value. You are not afraid to challenge established truths and contribute to continuous improvement – something that is crucial in a growing company where we build while we scale. Above all, you are driven by the opportunity to contribute in an international tech environment, where you can play an active role in shaping both growth and development in the years ahead.
