In this role you will:

• Coach managers to lead high-performing teams, from hiring and onboarding to development, motivation, and recognition—using data to inform decisions.
• Champion Element Logic’s culture and values by partnering with leaders to build engaged, values-driven teams.
• Lead People/HR initiatives across all offices, designing, launching, and refining impactful programs.
• Optimize organizational design, processes, and workflows to enhance team effectiveness and agility.
• Provide expert guidance in performance management, coaching, career development, DEI, conflict resolution, compensation, employee relations, and compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders—responding to questions, offer feedback, and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless hiring process and high-quality candidate experience.
• Drive change management, workforce planning, and talent management strategies.
• Support succession planning and identify high-potential talent for critical roles.
• Use people analytics and KPIs to uncover insights, guide strategy, and recommend improvements.

Desired skills and experience:

• 5+ years of HR experience, with proven expertise in organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Experience with European work environments and cross-border HR practices.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to align people’s initiatives with business goals.
• Skilled at coaching managers to lead effectively; workshop and training facilitation experience is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English, with a talent for simplifying complex information.
• Effectively uses HR metrics and KPIs to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Solid knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements.

Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time is required in this position.
