We're building an entirely new function within our organization – and we're looking for someone who not only wants to join our journey but also impact it. As our new Head of User Engagement and Adoption, you’ll play a pivotal key role in shaping the future of our modern workplace in a truly global organization.
What will you do?
You will:
- Lead and evolve our IT Service Management to ensure our services deliver real value
- Take ownership of and develop our IT service catalogue.
- Be accountable for our change management processes.
- Drive adoption of new IT services and solutions – making sure they’re used and loved.
- Build and lead a high-performing global team that’s passionate about our user’s IT engagement.
- Continuously improve our service levels by collaborating across the organization to understand needs and deliver solutions that fits the purpose.
- Measure and manage – make sure that we do what we say, with a sharp focus on what creates the best experience for our users.
Who are you?
You bring:
- 5–10 years of experience in IT Service Management, change management, and adoption in a multi-regional or global organization
- A tone and talent for translating tech to talk, as we navigate the borderlands between IT and people.
- Strong leadership skills – you're all about developing people and challenge processes.
- Solid process and system understanding, and hands-on experience with implementing or re-structuring ITSM/Enterprise Service Management tools.
- A structured yet flexible approach – you prefer control, but a bit of chaos really fuels you.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken – ideally with a healthy dose of humor and communication flair.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, innovative, and service-minded, with the ability to make complex IT solutions understandable and relevant. Someone who will naturally assume a role which we call being an ELfluencer – an ambassador for a great workplace culture, where your take will be to promote IT as something that people actually understands and enjoy using.
