Your tasks:

• Establish the project after it is handed over from Sales

• Create a detailed project-plan

• Internal/external project kick-off

• Lead/control/track EL project team

• Planning of capacities of EL project memebers

• Follow-up on all activities and take necessary steps if needed

• Responsible for all meetings (calling the meetings, agenda, facilitating, minutes and follow up)

• Budgeting and send invoice proposals

• Organize/lead/evaluate supplier sourcing process

• Send purchase orders

• Approval of invoices

• Administrative tasks in ERP

• Site inspections

• Internal kick-out with profit/loss analysis and lessons learned

• Hand over the completed delivery to Customer Success

Your profile:

• Relevant previous experience in project management

• Relevant previous experience in managing projects with many different internal/external resources

• Interest and knowledge for warehouse intralogistics

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience in LEAN

• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (not mandatory)

• Good Microsoft Office knowledge

• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is nice to have

• Ability to challenge today`s processes and ‘think smarter’

• Preferable to have IT experience/background and/or leading such projects

• A big plus if you are familiar with conveyor systems in warehouse or other material handling equipment/automation/Industry 4.0

• ability to lead/moderate meetings, present in front of large numbers of people, empathy and the art of negotiation

• flexible for traveling abroad
