Responsibilities:
As a Mechanical Engineer at Element Logic, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create production-ready layouts using CAD systems and ensuring seamless integration between various technologies.
- Working closely with our Automation team and external production partners to develop and enhance the Element Logic Conveyor Toolbox.
- Engineering special components for our logistics systems, from the sales phase through to delivery.
- Defining specifications for special and third-party components.
- Overseeing external production facilities to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Monitoring delivery schedules and addressing any quality issues with our suppliers.
- Efficiently managing all third-party supplies to ensure smooth installation processes.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent educational background.
- A minimum of three years of experience in engineering Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Proficient language skills in both German and English, both written and spoken
- Proven expertise in designing Conveyor toolboxes for bins, cartons, and pallets.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the layouting of automated warehouse solutions.
- Strong proficiency in 3D CAD Inventor and Vault software.
- An innate interest and passion for technology.
- Exceptional talent in establishing and nurturing productive working relationships with suppliers.
