As VP Product Operations, you will lead the end-to-end operational functions within Element Logic's product value-chain. This role entails not only ensuring seamless processes from ideation to creating value for customers, but also building and developing your own department. This requires a high degree of independence, as you will be empowered to make autonomous decisions to shape the growth and success of your team and its endeavors. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering an environment that thrives on innovation and efficiency while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement processes that enable the organization to create and deliver products the customers love
• Manage projects, policies, and systems for cross-functional effectiveness within Products and across Element Logic.
• Oversee internal releases of products, competence plans, and strategic projects for Products.
• Shape a positive culture, advocate products, and drive a product-centric approach.
• Enable that our products are effectively marketed, sold, and delivered through other parts of Element Logic by securing good governance and facilitate necessary changes within the organization.
• Ensure an efficient business ecosystem through strong intra-company stakeholder management.
• Provide operational insights to the Products Leadership Team.

In this role, occasional travelling may occur.

Requirements:

• Relevant master’s degree.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Working experience with agile methodologies.
• Working experience with project management, transformational change, design-thinking, innovation processes.
• Professional language skills in English, both oral and written.
