As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Participating in the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment phases of Element Logic Products. This involves ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency at every step.
• Delivering exceptional technical support to our technology partners and customers. You'll play a crucial role in helping them unlock the full potential of Element Logic products.
• Taking the lead in refining our product development processes and engineering methodologies. Your contributions will be pivotal in driving a continuous cycle of improvement.
• Contributing to the evolution of our software architecture, codebase, and technological platform. You'll embrace the spirit of Research and Development (R&D) as you do so.
• Serving as a mentor, providing technical training and guidance to both internal team members and external stakeholders.

We're looking for candidates with:

• An educational background that includes a Master's degree or at least a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• A proven track record with at least 5 years of work experience within the software development realm.
• A keen familiarity with Microsoft NET.
• Knowledge of the intralogistics industry.
• Extensive experience in modern Software Engineering Practices and Tools, demonstrating your technical prowess.
