As a team member, you'll be instrumental in integrating automated warehouse equipment, including AMRs and conveyors, to achieve unparalleled efficiency within our customers' warehouses.
In collaboration with the latest Microsoft technologies, you'll be crafting a modular, scalable, standardized, and customizable intralogistics software platform. This isn't just a job – it's an opportunity to shape the way industries operate, using your technical prowess and innovative mindset.
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Participating in the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment phases of Element Logic Products. This involves ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency at every step.
- Delivering exceptional technical support to our technology partners and customers. You'll play a crucial role in helping them unlock the full potential of Element Logic products.
- Taking the lead in refining our product development processes and engineering methodologies. Your contributions will be pivotal in driving a continuous cycle of improvement.
- Contributing to the evolution of our software architecture, codebase, and technological platform. You'll embrace the spirit of Research and Development (R&D) as you do so.
- Serving as a mentor, providing technical training and guidance to both internal team members and external stakeholders.
- Embracing the role designated by the Head of the department. This entails taking ownership of your tasks and making a meaningful impact on our projects.
- Continuously honing and expanding your personal skill set to stay at the forefront of industry trends and advancements.
- Bridging the gap between R&D efforts and customer needs. You'll comprehensively understand and address their requirements.

We're looking for candidates with:
- An educational background that includes a Master's degree or at least a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proven track record with at least 5 years of work experience within the software development realm.
- A keen familiarity with Microsoft .NET.
- Knowledge of the intralogistics or automation industry.
- Extensive experience in modern Software Engineering Practices and Tools, demonstrating your technical prowess.
