Sales Manager
Purpose of the role
The role of Sales Manager is to deliver sales in the Benelux Market. The successful candidate will achieve new business sales through the use of a consultative solutions sales approach and provide customer bespoke solutions based on the standard AutoStore modules and Element Logics EWCS and EWMS software. The remit of this role starts with defining key market sectors, educating and developing the market right through to closing new business sales based on Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership models. The success of this role will be measured against delivered new business project sales compared to agreed Revenue and margin budgets.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop profitable customer relationships
- Create the sales results according to the agreed plans.
- The execution of the sales process and all sales activities within the company.
- Engaging positively with colleagues to generate creative solutions
- Ensuring all administration for sales is completed efficiently.
- Reporting on progress towards sales KPI’s.
- Working to maximise customer value in the sales process.
- Liaising with other departments within the company.
- Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales.
- Arranging to attend industry conferences and events.

- Clear evidence of an ability to optimise the customers operation and successfully sell an appropriate and comprehensive solution
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales.
- Relevant industry experience and knowledge of Intralogistics.
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.

Communication skills
