Element Logic in Amsterdam, Netherlands is currently looking for a Junior Business Development professional who is seeking new challenges in an international environment. The position reports to Sales Director.
The purpose of role of Junior Business Development is to identify and contact interesting prospects in the Benelux market. The successful candidate researches the Benelux market and identifies potential customers. They will contact these prospects by telephone or online and have a nice introduction talk. If it is the deal you pass the leads for Sales Managers with who you closely cooperate. You also join our exhibitions in the Benelux and our yearly off site.
You'll get a lot of trainings and learning opportunities. The vision is that the successful candidate grows into another role, which can be commercially, project management or engineering focused.
Duties and responsibilities
- Research the market and identify leads
- Handle leads that come in via other channels
- Pro actively approach, either by phone or online, the prospects
- Administer information in our CRM
- Hand over interesting prospects to the commercial team
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor/Master's degree
- 0-3 working experience
- Experience with telephonic marketing and/or sales
- Professional working proficiency in Dutch, French is nice to have
- Good communication skills
- Pro-Activeness
- Eager to learn
- Team player
- Interested to learn about the latest logistic and robotic solutions
