Element Logic is currently looking for team members to our Customer Support Desk. We offer a great opportunity in a newly established support center, where the right candidates will have a great level of influence and many developmental opportunities. The positions report to Support Director and are a part of Support.
Position pay range:
50-60 000 EUR a year depending on the candidate’s educational background and working experience. In addition, we have bonus arrangements.

Responsibilites:
- Resolving tickets with known issues and clear solution methodology
- Troubleshooting for unknown issues to identify potential solutions
- Solving tickets from customers in large markets if local 1st line, or growth markets if central 1st line
- Serves as the first point of contact, enabling closeness to customers and local language capabilities
- Organizes correct routing of tickets to 2nd line, spare parts, service & maintenance, R&D, or 3rd party to match ticket with right competency
Desired skills and experience:
- Formal education or working experience within mechatronics, mechanics, IT, programming, or other technical fields
- You enjoy working with technical customer service by phone, and providing customers with guidance
- You understand the importance of high-quality customer service and you know how to express yourself well
- Professional language skills in English and one other language (any European language) are a must, both oral and written
- Professional language skills in German are preferable, both oral and written
